Audiovisual (AV) systems are specialized low current systems. Handling of an audiovisual system requires special knowledge and skillset. Orbitbeam's human resources are trained and experienced in the art & science of installing AV equipment.

An audiovisual system's reliability and longevity is greatly determined by how well the system is installed. A proper installation is critical for an effectively performing audiovisual system, easing the friction between end-users and technology. A well-planned installation is essential for accessibility, maintenance and future upgrades of the audiovisual system as well as minimizing the potential for downtime and costly repairs.

Orbitbeam is staffed with a dedicated installation team, responsible for physically building the audiovisual system, installing the equipment in their sanctioned place, with the right orientation and fastening, safely and securely as intended by the engineering team.

Audiovisual racks and other equipment that require cooling are installed with proper cooling mechanism in place. The cooling requirement of audiovisual electronics is something that is generally skimped on, greatly reducing the efficiency and life of installed audiovisual systems.

The most critical part of installation would definitely be cable terminations. This is handled by a specialized team of technicians dedicated for the job, with extremely skilled hands. They are the primary reason we are able to offer 2 years warranty on our workmanship.

Apart from installation, our technicians are trained to diagnose, troubleshoot and service audiovisual equipment. Our technicians are detail-oriented and pay close attention to cables, labels and looms. Each installation (equipment and cabling) is meticulously labelled as per engineering documentation.

The installation team follows a rigorous testing process to make sure all installation and connections are done right, laying the foundation for system commissioning phase. The testing process we employ is developed by our team of AV designers, engineers and technicians together, is constantly reviewed and improved with feedback from every project and well exceeds industry standards.
